 After completing the 5% of the value of the house, a period of 15 business days begins for the
signing of the contract.
 Upon signing the contract, complete the down payment according to the payment method you have chosen,
integrating the requested documentation.
 Prices in pesos (national currency) and payments either totally in pesos or totally in
dollars (we do not handle mixed payment methods).
 For payments received in dollars, the exchange rate of the official journal will be used (fix for payments)
of the day the transfer is ordered.
